Kaila Arnold
Awana Ministries Director
Kaila found her love for the Awana program at a young age when she attended as a Cubby and a Spark 30 years ago. For the last 4 years she has been volunteering in her daughter's Awana club in Redding. It has been her dream to bring the awesome club back to the community of Weaverville and surrounding areas.

Kaila Arnold will be acting at Awana Ministries Director as well as the Cubbies Director for the time being until someone who is interested in the position feels the call to serve in this way.

Carrie Nicolls
Sparks Director
Carrie came to know Jesus as her friend and Savior 13 years ago. She is eager to share with kids about the healing, compassionate, and fun Spirit of an Almighty God. She says she never wants to grow up and being with kids is a great way to harness a youthful spirit.

She is a mother and wife and her heart loves God’s creation. Carrie loves all things outdoors and feels that Trinity County is a most perfect place to call home.

Will Lynn
T&T Director
Will and Pamela Lynn moved to Weaverville in 2022 after retiring from a church in SoCal where Will and Pamela both served in the Couples Ministry and church administration. Will was ordained with Calvary Chapel, and he and Pamela are currently volunteers with the church AWANA ministry along with serving in church leadership.

Stephanie Barnes
Games Director
Stephanie was an Awana Clubber for seven years when she was a child. Now she is a mother of two ​who she'd like to experience the joy of Awana like she did. Stephanie has also owned a local daycare for the last two years while she is going to school to get her teaching certificate in order to fulfil her dream of turning her daycare into a preschool.
